Where & When: The 18th annual Woodstock Film Festival takes place OCTOBER 11-15, 2017. The "fiercely independent" festival consists of a five-day roster that includes more than 150 special events.

Demographics: Many of our events draw sold-out crowds from a wide variety of film goers and art lovers, not only from across the Hudson Valley, but from the New York metropolitan area, tri-state region and even from across the country and around the world.

FORMATS

  • Artwork must be provided digitally.
  • We prefer Acrobat PDF Files.
  • Artwork must be saved as CMYK and B&W ads as grayscale or cmyk.
  • Images must be 300DPI at the correct size
  • Line art should be 1200DPI at the correct size
  • OPI should be OFF
  • There are no bleeds on inside pages
  • OTHER ACCEPTABLE FORMATS include Quark 6 or 7 (.qxd) &Adobe Photoshop
