4Bottled and imported by William Grant & Sons out of New York City, Hendrick’s Gin uses extra ingredients to make their gin stand out in a curiously intriguing way. In addition to the traditional juniper infusion, Hendrick’s uses Bulgarian Rose and cucumber to add flavor to their gin. Declared in 2003 to be “The Best Gin in the World” by the Wall Street Journal, with a history dating as far back as 1860 Scotland, why not see what all the buzz is about?

3The local spirit Hudson Whiskey, brewed by Tuthilltown Distillery, is made here in the Hudson Valley. Their Baby Bourbon won a Double Gold Medal at the 2011 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the Silver Best In Class at the 2011 International Wine and Spirits Competition. It is the first bourbon made in New York State and the first legal pot distilled whiskey in the state since the end of prohibition. Please help us welcome them on board by visiting their website.

1Whitecliff Vinyards is an artisanal, family run winery created from the ground up by current owners and founders, Michael Migliore and Yancey Stanforth-Migliore, in what was an empty field thirty years ago. Since its inception, Whitecliff has been dedicated to finding and planting grape varieties that succeed on their site and will produce wines they are proud of. The driveway approach to their Tasting Room brings visitors through the heart of the vineyard. Whatever the season, guests will see what’s going on in one of the biggest vineyards in the Hudson Valley, enjoying the beauties and inspiration of wine country close to home.

brotherhoodIn 1810, a French Huguenot emigre named Jean Jacques purchased land in New York's bucolic Hudson Valley and began planting grapes. By 1839, his firstunderground cellars were dug and Mr. Jacques fermented his first wine vintage. Those cellars, the oldest and largest in America, are still in use today at Brotherhood Winery .Brotherhood Winery's Greendale Farm is located in the town of Hudson, in the heart of the Hudson Valley Region. The area is famed for its sweeping views of the Catskill Mountains and the Rip Van Winkle Bridge.

The twelve wineries on the Shawangunk Trail all follow the tradition of the fine winemaking established by the early French Huguenot settlers who brought their wine making expertise to this valley over 300 years ago. Each winery is different. Small to medium in size, all proud of their well crafted red and white wines that range from bone dry to dessert sweet. This young, thriving industry has recently become well known for its prize winning wines across the nation.

Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery is located in the foothills of the Hudson Valley, nestled between the picturesque Mt. Eve and Mt. Adam. In 1989, we purchased the orchard and began to learn how to cultivate fruit. Our doors opened to the public in the fall of 1994. Eventually, hard work paid off, leading us to the development of our critically acclaimed Doc's Draft Hard Apple Cider. The passion for creating wines and ciders soon evolved into an idea to begin distilling and open the first Distillery in the Hudson Valley since prohibition. Our mission since our inception has been to create fruit based alcoholic beverages that are as unique as the fruits themselves. We encourage you to visit and share in our adventures.
